This condo is almost 1700 sq. ft. of living area. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops and modern appliances. Each bedroom has its own entertainment center, plus there s a plasma wide-screen HD/TV home theater system in the living room. Minimum Age to Rent: 25 We only rent to Families, No Groups or Parties Photo identification and a signed rental agreement are required Beach Colony Resort is a lovely community that offers several amenities, including a pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a fitness center. Beach Chair Rental Service directly in front of the resort: https://www.ldvbeach.com/store/beach-chairs-and-umbrellas/beach-set/ Navarre Beach is a beach community. There are assorted restaurants from white linen to quite casual all within walking distance. At the corner is Navarre Pier which is one of the prime spots for pier fishing. Measuring at an impressive 1,545 feet long and a towering 30 feet above the water, the pier offers fun for the entire family. Navarre Pier offers a privately-owned bait and tackle shop that gives guests the opportunity to rent fishing poles in case you forget yours at home! Visitors also can choose to enjoy the tasty food at the outdoor restaurant located right on the pier. More information There's also Juana's which has beach volleyball and all sorts of water rentals. Santa Rosa National Seashore is just a few miles westward. Eastward is the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center (NBSTCC) is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization in Navarre Beach, Florida working to save threatened and endangered sea turtles through conservation education. The NBSTCC is home to Sweet Pea, a juvenile sea turtle, who is unable to return to the wild due to her missing limb. Inside the conservation center, guests will learn about sea turtles and conservation education firsthand through various displays, interactive exhibits and aquariums featuring Gulf of Mexico inhabitants. Admission is $5, $4 for military and seniors (+65), and our lil' hatchlings two and under are free! Parking Garage: Open parking STORM POLICY: Hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30\. This was by far the best condo we have stayed at. The condo was so well stocked, there was not one item I needed that was not available. Extremely well kept and the pictures matched what we arrived to. The pool was large and never had a problem being too crowded even on the busiest days. It was so nice not having to stand in a line to get checked in with a management company and pay for parking. Never had a problem getting an elevator. We will be back again. ##### Courtney R. The good, the condo is very nice and comfortable. If you have a disabled wheelchair bound person it is set up for them, except the kitchen. Easy access, good beds and furniture arrangement. Gulf water and beach sand are gorgeous. There were some cleanliness and technical issues. Cleanliness was rectified right away, equipment problems were not fixed during our 2 week stay. If you don't mind the bad and ugly it's a worthwhile stay. The bad (and the ugly) are not the owner's fault. Unfortunately we were there during a deluge of sargassum seaweed which made getting into the water, frankly nasty. And it covered the surf and beach making it difficult to walk on the beach and at times smelled really bad. We were told this was unusual, just our luck. The ugly, since this condo is in a 19 floor high rise with 72 units beside a sister complex with 108 units with other high rise condos on either side there were a lot of people. Each building had fee paid umbrellas and chairs on the beach covering the majority of the beachfront. For the small amount of beach remaining, if you didn't get out by 6am and stake a claim of space you were well away from the water. Likewise, if you didn't stake a claim on a table or lounger at the pool by 6am you weren't going to get one until 3 or 4 in the afternoon. In both cases many of the early claimants wouldn't come out until 11 or 12 in the morning. The manager stated that they had a policy against doing this but it wasn't enforces during our stay. ##### David M. Clean clothes to take home instead of a weeks worth of laundry. Found 2 small issues. Pull handle that leads out to patio from master, has been broken for some time. And also pull knob on entertainment center in master is stripped from nut. Those did not hinder our fantastic family stay! Wonderful amenities throughout. We enjoyed our stay in this property. The location was great and it was very well-stocked. The owners had thought of everything in the kitchen and also throughout the property - including nightlights in most rooms, board games, extra bedding. The only complaint we had was about the exterior of the building that was being repaired and painted. As a result of this, our entire balcony railing was covered in plastic along with the all the doors leading to the balcony. The furniture on the balcony was not in good shape and had paint flecks all over it. So much for having a good view of the beautiful beach and sitting out on the balcony! In addition, one day while I was the only one of our group in the condo, one of the workers jumped off her high rise platform onto our balcony and then opened our sliding glass door. When she heard me talking on the phone, she closed the door and hopped back on her platform. It made me wonder - why did she want to come inside? That made us all very uncomfortable. After that we kept the balcony doors locked at all times. In spite of that, we did have a good time and would book this unit again. ##### Rebecca L. Located right on the beach about a quarter mile from the island's causeway/bridge. The condo itself is very clean and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped and living room furniture is quite comfy. The best feature is the balcony - It's wide with lounge chairs and a full-size table & chairs. The view is great. Overlooks the dunes, beach & the Gulf of Mexico (and the pool). We loved the layout and decor of the condo - it had everything we needed. Everything was very clean, and Michelle was super-responsive to any questions or needs we had. The beach was a bit more crowded than we were hoping to maintain social distancing, but we had plenty of time and space in the morning and late afternoon.
