I understand that updates cost money, but when your renters are HOT because the AC is not keeping up, it is time to do something! Also, it rained a good bit while we were there and it leaks horribly around the front door frame. The paint is peeling in every room as well. But it was very clean and we enjoyed the location right across from the beach. Do not need to bring anything. The owners are very easy to work with. There are a lot of stairs fyi. The master bedroom does not get much AC flow. The second bedroom was very cool. The National Seashore is divine. It is pleasant that you can see the bay and the ocean from this house. Condo is a little dated but art is interesting. ##### Moira C.
