Open-concept floor plan includes a spacious family room and dining area leading to a massive 32-ft deck with Gulf views and coastal breezes. Powder room is conveniently located to living area and two guest bedrooms with en-suite baths and custom tiled showers are located down the hall. The third level includes spacious family room and master suite with stunning Gulf views from deck. Master has walk-in closet, luxury bath with custom shower, dual vanities, and custom lighting. Two additional guest bedrooms also have en-suite baths with quartz countertops and custom tiled showers. The laundry room includes two washers and two dryers. A full pool bath with a custom tiled shower is located on the main level. Large screen TV\`s and Wireless Internet throughout. Stainless Steel gas grill on the lower level. The house also has (10) beach chairs for your convenience. Gourmet Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Stainless Steel Appliances; Granite Countertops; new 42\` soft-close cabinets; and dining table. Two laundry rooms with new extra large top-of-the-line washer and dryer. This home is the perfect beach vacation and will instantly become your home away from home! It is a beautiful and spacious home and it was very clean. We spent a lot of time dining on the back porch and playing in the pool. The walk to the wonderful Navarre beach only took a few minutes. There is an under counter ice maker that was very handy to fill water bottles before heading out.
