Welcome to Boca Key, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath home in a quiet gated community, now part of the Blue Moon family! Designed with families in mind, this peaceful retreat offers stunning views of the Santa Rosa Sound and is just a 10-minute walk to the beach.  
  
The main living area features an open-concept layout with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, a dining table for six, and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and ample storage. Two queen bedrooms on this level offer front balcony access and share a full bath with a shower/tub combo. Upstairs, the spacious primary suite boasts a king bed, private balcony, seating area, and a spa-like en suite with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanities.  
  
Enjoy evenings in the private backyard with a firepit and play area. A beach wagon is provided to make your walk to the shore a breeze. The home includes parking for 3 vehicles (no street parking permitted) and overflow parking is available nearby.
