The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo, and a half hall bathroom with another sink and toilet. From your master bedroom that features a king bed, alcove twin bunk beds in the hallway, and sleeper sofa in the living room, you will enjoy breathtaking views from your private gulf front 13th floor balcony of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo has brand new televisions throughout and recently replaced king and twin mattresses for your comfort. Cook up your favorite dishes from the spacious kitchen with granite countertops and all the appliances and cookware you need. This condo also comes with a stackable washer & dryer. It's Beachfront, right next to the Pier, close to some restaurants. Windjammers, Juana's and Andy D's are all fun and great food and drinks. Condo kitchen is well equipped with a coffee pot plus a keurig and all types of pots n pans. Plenty of towels, There is no beach chairs or umbrella that come with this rental but it is available on the beach for a daily or weekly fee.
