Grimy dust on the ceiling fan, spots of mold in the shower, dust on the woooden furniture. Coffee table had dust bunnies shelf under top. No coffee filters, not even a box of tissues. We had to empty The garbage from the bag because there were no extra bags. View and grounds were nice. Just way too small and the sofa was extremely uncomfortable. Recliner would not recline fully, so if you adjust your position, it would close. If you are older than40, this probably won’t be good for you. ##### Everett B. We love the location. The only issue we had was it was tighter than the online pictures showed. That might've been from the extra chair and dish cabinet.
