The golf cart does require a refundable $500 deposit and a non-refundable $50 maintenance fee. This house has all the dishes/cookware you could need, PLENTY of plates/cups etc. there was salt and pepper, seasonings, ect. in the pantry. So detailed oriented, clean, beautiful, etc etc! It rained every single day but the awesome amenities kept the smiles on our faces! Especially the ping pong table! The golf cart was handy only because we had small children (4 under 5yrs old) but the walk is super close to the beach! Will definitely stay again, thank you! ##### Jeanee K. My grandfather had just passed the week before we were scheduled to arrive and the time together was just what was needed. He loved Navarre, coming with us on two prior vacations. Numerous things to do right at the house including pool, hottub, badminton, ping pong, mini golf green, and video game table. There was a golf cart but it was not really needed as only 5 min walk to the beach. There was also an elevator which helped bringing in suitcases and groceries. Would be perfect for eldery guests. Owner was very responsive and left a nice welcome basket of wine, snacks, etc.. everything very comfortable including the bedding and outside chairs and sofas. Would love to return and would highly recommend. ##### Robert S. The layout was great with plenty of room to spread out. The decor was perfect for the beach.
