A Cool Breeze - Summerwind 505E Beach Service Included!!!

Complimentary Beach Chairs Included! (**valid 3/1-10/31) "A Cool Breeze” is a breath of fresh air, upon entering the unit you will immediately feel at home, with a subtle touch of paradise, visible through the sliding glass doors. This vacation rental is perfect for large families as it comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. Located on the 5th floor, this vacation rental has 3 bedrooms, each with a flat screen TV and access to an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom offers a king bed and a divine view of the Gulf of Mexico; the famous Navarre Beach fishing pier visible in the distance. In the second guest bedroom, another king bed is surrounded by décor that compliments the colors throughout the condo, enhancing it's relaxing feel. In the third guest bedroom two full size beds are outfitted with bedspreads that further serve to amplify this beachy condo! The main living area also provides a sofa sleeper making this the perfect family friendly condo for groups of all sizes. You'll have easy access to the wrap around balcony from the living room, where you'll enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf Coast. With a fully stocked kitchen, full washer and dryer and plenty of seating, this condo at the Summerwind Resort is sure to please! When you stay in "A Cool Breeze" you're just a "gust away" from the sugar white sands and emerald waters of Navarre Beach! Book today! As an added bonus the beach chairs come along with 1 hour a day of paddleboard or two man kayak rental!  Please come and enjoy dipping your toes into the Gulf of Mexico. **You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. We also have a 1 to 4 ratio (one adult over 25 for everyone under 25) except during Spring Break. At that time, we require 1 adult over 25 for every 2 guests under that age.** . ***SATURDAY TO SATURDAY BOOKINGS ONLY DURING PEAK SEASON (6/1 TO 7/31)***

Impromptu Beach Trips are the Best

The owner called me right after I booked the condo to introduce herself and told me who to contact if I needed anything before and during my stay. That set the tone for a great trip especially with us planning to relax before my husband’s surgery. The condo was clean, had plenty of room, and had a beautiful view. Spending time with family is always awesome and the beach is good for the soul. Will definitely stay here again and thankful to the amazing owner for her kindness and being so attentive.

Gorgeous Beach Paradise Awaits!!!

Do yourself a favor and just go ahead and book Lynn’s GORGEOUS, UPDATED, IMMACULATELY CLEAN Beach Paradise Condo!!! Location, Location, Location as you are surrounded by beautiful ocean views from the condo and lovely furnished balcony, and are literally steps away from putting your toes onto the soft, white, sandy beach!!! Lynn was absolutely excellent to work with and was so kind and helpful with any questions and requests we had!!! This is a most definitely loved beach home as so much has been put into it to assure her guests comfort!!! The beds are so comfortable as is the seating in the beautiful living area!!! The kitchen is a chef’s dream, but not to worry if you don’t feel like cooking because there are fabulous restaurants galore nearby!!! Every amenity in this lovely resort was enjoyed, especially the warm and very clean hot tubs!!! Lynn’s magnificent beach condo is a definite guarantee that you and your family and friends will have a wonderful, relaxing time and beautiful memories to cherish!!!

Beautiful Accommodations and Location!

This is hands down the most beautiful VRBO we have stayed at. The unit is absolutely wonderful, and came with everything you could possibly need. The furniture in every room was comfortable and well cared for. All of the beds had comfortable mattresses. The couches were extremely nice, which made relaxing enjoyable. The large kitchen table was perfect for cards and games. The views are amazing! You can see the gulf and the sound side from the unit. The walk to the beach is about 3 min. I did note that the very nice walkway made the beach easily accessible! There is a wheel chair ramp and stairs to exit on to the beach. The property is meticulous maintained all day long. We constantly saw staff walking around caring for the property. One of the 3 pools was heated and all3 hot tubs were on. They had water aerobics daily at 1 in the pool. I could go on and on about this property! I am a very picky traveler, and this absolutely checked all my boxes. The owner is very kind and instantly replied to my questions . I highly recommend this property, you will love it!

Place was not as nice as it read. Appliances were all in poor shape. Living room rug was very dirty.Beach service Dominated the beach. The beach service placed umbrella's way too close to each other and took the whole Front row of the beach. Would not return to this place do that alone.

Fun in the Sun!

Beautiful view of the ocean, we saw dolphins every day! I was impressed with the staff, always working to keep the property and pools clean! Lynn checked in with us a couple of times to make sure we were enjoying out stay!

We had an amazing trip. My entire family was there. The condo was everything it said it was! The weather was beautiful the entire time. I would highly recommend it to anyone. During our stay, we had a breaker blow the first night. Someone came up and took care of it quickly.

Great location, great property

This was a great stay for my family. My in-laws, wife and kids all stayed together and we had a great experience. The host was great at communicating and checked in on us via txt. The condo complex was great and our unit was excellent. It had everything we needed and we would definitely stay here again. My only gripe is that there were no leftovers. What I mean by that is often condos have left over spices, salt/pepper/sugar/whatever. Its just a small gripe and really not that big a deal. Just means you bring your own stuff (we did for the most part). I'm grateful for a great place to stay and a wonderful experience!

Beautiful views, gorgeous beach, great location.

The condo was just perfect for our family! It was equipped with everything that we needed, it was beautifully decorated, and the furniture, and beds were comfy! We spent our days enjoying the pools, hot tubs, and the beach. Then, spent our evenings playing games in the condo! Grocery stores, and restaurants were all within a couple of miles from the condo! We all had an amazing, and memorable week!

Family vacay!

Wonderful! Very nice, we always stay at Summerwind and this condo did not disappoint! Had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable. TV’s wouldn’t pick up WiFi, but Navarre properties was prompt to fix them… even at 4:50 PM! We would definitely stay here again!
