Here are all the reasons Southern Belz is THE unit to book at Caribbean Resort… THE VIEW: Southern Belz is an 8th floor CORNER unit on the WESTERN side of Caribbean Resort. If you haven’t noticed from the pictures, we want to let you in on a little secret… Caribbean Resort doesn’t have a neighboring resort to the west side of the building. This means that there is ZERO OBSTRUCTION to your view! Wake up in the morning and see the sunrise to the east over Navarre Pier, and go to bed watching the sunset in the west. This unobstructed view literally allows you to enjoy a view that wraps from the Gulf of Mexico to the Santa Rosa Sound without looking into a neighboring building. This unit boasts over 60 linear feet of 9 foot floor to ceiling windows plus 2 balconies, so you are able to enjoy this wrap around view from nearly every room in the unit. The 8th floor is the perfect height from which to enjoy these views… high enough to be away from pool or beach noise but low enough to still see that sugar white sandy coastline straight down to Pensacola Beach. This spaciousness really shines in each bedroom where there is plenty of room for added private seating, in the living room where there is plenty of room for the family to gather and all take a seat, and in the dining area where there is a large table and bar seating to accommodate everyone at a sit down meal. Every room in this unit is already spacious, but the floor to ceiling windows and natural light make them feel even larger. The added square footage has also allowed room for a large laundry closet, walk in closets, and an extra large master bathroom. If you and your family love to have your own space, book now! THE SECOND MASTER: Southern Belz is not a typical 3 bedroom/3 bathroom unit. This unit features a 2nd master bedroom, or what we like to call “The Bayside Suite”. It features its own entry/exit door that walks right out to the elevator on the 8th floor. The Bayside Suite also has its own full bathroom, entertainment area with TV/DVD player, comfortable sitting area, and private balcony. The Bayside Suite is why Southern Belz is perfect for several couples or a family trip with the Grandparents… nobody has to argue about who gets the Master Suite because the Bayside Suite is essentially the 2nd Master. THE COMPLEX: You will fall in love with Southern Belz, but you will also fall in love with Caribbean Resort! This resort is a smaller complex in Navarre. There are 18 floors and only 3 units per floor. Because of the low number of units in this resort, it never appears to be crowded. Caribbean Resort has a private parking lot with plenty of parking and no hassle of assigned spaces. There is also a convenient covered loading/unloading area. 2 elevators service the east and west sides of the building. At Caribbean Resort you will find a large heated pool, a “warm” jetted spa, and a hot tub... all recently resurfaced. These gated facilities are surrounded by a covered lanai with plenty of seating. The direct communication and being upfront about things before our arrival was phenomenal. We are not peak season travelers and we were sliding from peak right into holiday season, Thanksgiving for us. They had not made their after peak season trip to regroup. The place was immaculate and organized. I loved that everything had its place and said place was labeled. The breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf and Sound from every angle of the condo was mesmerizing. ##### BettyJo M. It has everything you need from a very well stocked kitchen to the comfy beds . Beach towels are provided and one beach set up ( 2 chairs and an umbrella) is also provided from the beach service company. You can rent more if you need them. Floor to ceiling windows everywhere! Great corner balcony with amazing views of the ocean and to the side you have views of the bay too! Very clean. I travel a lot and this is one of my very favorite places! Waking up in the morning to these views will definitely bring a smile to your face! You will not find another place like it! The beach has lots of room for lounging by the water, playing in the white, soft, sand, for flying kites or for whatever you love to do! Book it now! You will not be disappointed! ##### sheree h. The beautifully renovated condo was clean and equipped with plenty of utensils, cooking supplies, blender, toaster everything you need. The pool was nice and the beach is beautiful. We watched the Fourth of July fire works from the beach. I have stayed in rentals all over the world and this place is definitely one of the best. What I look for at the beach.... 1\. Easy access to the water/beach and 2\. the view. You can not beat this place for either. The 9 foot floor to ceiling windows are just spectacular. We checked in at night and in the morning it was total WOW. The communication with Ms. Belz was excellent. The place was super clean. The three king size beds were very comfortable. My husband likes to cook and the kitchen was well stocked for that. She even has little kids plates, cups and utensils. She also provided beach towels which was amazing. She had liquid for the washing machine and also had dishwashing liquid and pods for the dishwasher. There were plenty of towels in each bathroom and each bedroom has a flat screen tv. The balcony is large and has a view straight on to the water and an unobstructed view to the west and even to the north where you can see the bay. The other king bedroom has its own balcony too with a great view of the bay. She also provides one week of free beach chairs and an umbrella. The beach chair company was so pleasant to deal with too. My family and I will return without question. Our vacation in Navarre was perfect, in large part because of this condo on the 8th floor. ##### sheree h. Séjour de 7 nuits en octobre 2024 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Eddie C. 8 sept. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Almost great I would have given the unit 3 stars due to three things that bugged me but my wife rated the unit almost 5 so we give it a 4\. First the good to great, then the not so good. The views from every 3 bedroom unit in the building are awesome (I have stayed in other units). The floor to ceiling windows in the master bedrooms allow for a perfect place to sit and look out. This unit has been totally renewed floor to ceiling to include new furnishings. All the TVs are great and we were able to use our own Netflix, Prime, and Apple streaming accounts. Now the not so great… the chairs for sitting in in the living room and the two big bedrooms are terrible and uncomfortable for me and the adult members of my family. Although they don’t look it when you sit in them it feels like you’re in an Adirondack chair. I found them not only uncomfortable to sit in and drink coffee staring out to the beach but also hard to get out of. Maybe it’s a combo I’m tall and old thing. The other issue was the closets in in the master bedroom and middle bedroom were locked for the owner to store their stuff. This might no be a big deal but was for us. It caused two issues: 1; no where to store your suitcases and 2; no where to hang your clothes other than a small hutch. For many this isn’t a big deal, but for us we hang almost all of our clothes. Another issue you should be aware of is the facility does not have gas grills for grilling. They have charcoal grills though. ##### Eddie C. I found the property listing and was impressed by the photos. I decided to make a jump and book this listing for the week getaway. The photos matched the views perfectly. There has been some changes since the photos were posted, the twin beds were now just one big bed, but otherwise what you saw in the photos is what you got. The place was bigger than I thought it was going to be and had all the amenities you could need. My Niece enjoyed the kids closet the owners had and loved playing with the toys both at the pool and on the beach! While staying we did have one issue where the AC all of a sudden stopped working due to a rare clog of the draining tube, but the owners were easy to reach and were able to get maintenance out to the property the same night and repair the unit. They definitely went above and beyond during our time there. I would highly recommend this location for your next trip. I know I certainly will the next time I need an escape from the city! The property is gorgeous, the owners very accommodating, and definitely worth a lifetime of memories! ##### Aaron H. The unit was extra clean and had everything we needed. We had some internet issues but the property owner did everything they could to fix the problem. The DVD’s came in handy and we were able to tether the TV to our phones hot spot. The closet is packed full of beach toys and games and the beach towels provided were a plus.
