The location alone is perfect and the best for walking anywhere in the city. And the fact that you can go into the rooftop bar directly when everyone else has to pay makes the room pay for itself

Overall the apartment has a great layout, tons of storage.
One concern I have about unit #201 specifically are the bathrooms. Each bathroom has a window that faces into the back area of the building. Neither window has a privacy film or curtain to obscure individuals in the near by hotel stairwell from looking in (and recording).
