The space is beautifully maintained in a fantastic area close to Belmont University, restaurants and retail stores. The property was spotless, with a nice, fully equipped kitchen, great living room and comfy bedrooms each with its own full bathroom. There is also a half bathroom off the kitchen.The hosts at Hallson Hospitality were very professional, always available when needed and quite helpful. Our group enjoyed using the pool table. There were 4 couples and we all wanted private baths and this fit the bill! We cooked one meal and the appliances were great. It truly was perfect for our group. Location close to Broadway (10 minutes) was nice. Only slight negative is that if you have more than 2 vehicles, you have to park on the street and that is limited. We were a group of 7 ranging in age from 35 to 63 on vacation for the first time in Nashville. We had a rental car, and it was a quick drive from the house to all of the areas we wanted to visit. Saw lots of Uber/Lyft's in the area picking up other groups so that's also an option if you don't want to drive. Having an ensuite bath for all 4 bedrooms was fantastic, along with 2 extra baths. The house could use a refresh and not everything was working properly but it's been reported. With a few improvements, this could easily be a 5-star property.
