The Space Located in the heart of the Gulch in downtown Nashville, Mercury View Lofts is exactly where you want to be to take advantage of all that the Music City has to offer. Situated directly across the street from Nashville's iconic Station Inn, the lofts are walking distance to a variety of restaurants and nightlife and just six blocks to the Music City Center. Continue just two blocks further to enjoy the nightlife on Broadway. The loft's convenient location will allow you to leave your car at home and explore the city on foot. When you are spending time in the loft, we have made every effort to make sure you feel at home. This 760 SF loft features 15ft. ceilings and huge windows looking out onto Nashville and the vibrant Gulch neighborhood. The loft offers a king-size bed and a queen sofa bed! We offer a SmartTV with all streaming capabilities (NO cable), high-speed wifi, and a washing machine and dryer in your unit! Please note, the unit has an industrial open piping structure, which has the potential for more noise when the AC/Heat kicks on. If you are sensitive to that type of noise, let our team know! We do provide a sound machines in the bedroom, but are happy to provide ear plugs if needed as well. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire unit during their stay as well as the shared patio space near the entrance on the second floor. Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential open air gated lot for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public lot which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. \*No in -and-out privilege's means if you leave the parking lot and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. Upon arrival, we started finding cockroaches all over the apartment. We killed them when we found them. I reported it to the host and sent pictures. The host was very responsive and offered to send pest control. The problem with cockroaches are that they lay eggs in your clothes and luggage and infest into your house. The Gulch is a wonderful place to stay and the loft is conveniently located to most activities and venues. As previously stated, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities are well appointed.
