Other things to note: \- We'll provide a starter kit for everything you'll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc. \- Parking - there is a parking pad in the back of the home, plus plenty of street parking if you need that as well. \- Minimum age to rent the home is 23. \- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 3 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding! \- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. The bedrooms were spacious with 2 bedrooms downstairs that shared a jack and jill bathroom. On the second floor was the kitchen, living room, dining room and patio. On the third floor were two very nice bedrooms with bathrooms and the 4th floor was the rooftop patio that looks just like the pictures. We were extremely happy. When we booked I had thought the property was within walking distance to Broadway, you could walk but it's close to 3 miles away.
