Each of the three bedrooms represents a different era—RED, FOLKLORE, and LOVER—offering a fun, immersive experience while still maintaining a polished and tasteful design throughout the space.

Guest Access:

• Access codes will be provided for self-check-in.

• Three-level home with stairs required for access.

• You'll have access to the entire home, 2 car garage, rooftop patio, and backyard space.

• The backyard is shared with the neighboring unit, but the hot tub is private to your group.

• Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of 10 guests, including adults, children, and infants. No additional guests are permitted due to fire safety and insurance requirements.

• Age Requirement: All guests must be 18 or older, except children staying with their parents or guardians.

• If you are a Nashville local, you must be pre-approved in order to book this house. Please make an inquiry, and we will approve or disapprove at our discretion.

• Pets are welcome! We allow up to 2 dogs with a $250 pet fee per stay. Please inform us in advance or reach out before arrival if you plan to bring a pet. Please keep them off the furniture to avoid extra cleaning fees.

• No Parties: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints or law enforcement calls may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.

• No Pets: This property has a strict no-pet policy.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $60. Please message us in advance to check availability.

• Cancellations & Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected cancellations, weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other unforeseen events. We’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduled stays outside Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essential items. Please bring your personal toiletries and plan to purchase additional supplies if needed.

• Trash: At checkout, please place all trash in the designated cans near the garage or in the dumpster.
