With 4 beds in 3 rooms, this condo can sleep up to 7 people comfortably. Come and bring the whole family! This is a peaceful space with 3 TVs, cable, 2 bedrooms with private full bathrooms, a washer and drier, full service kitchen, complementary Keurig with pods, a wide variety of games, and unlimited parking. It has everything you need just 7 miles from downtown and in the middle of the vibrant, diverse East Nashville! You will have unlimited access to the entire condo. I will be available at all times for any questions you have or recommendations you would like. East Nashville is a growing, modern neighborhood full of interesting restaurants and boutique shops. I will have a guidebook of nearby recommendations for your stay, or feel free to ask! There is unlimited parking behind the building if you have a car, otherwise Uber and Lyft are always available!

#### Clean! 

This place did not disappoint! The decor was great, beds were comfortable and the location was easy to get to. It is located on a Main Street and you can hear the traffic sometimes but we had earplugs and it didn’t bother us!

#### Fun Filled Trip

We had an awesome trip to Nashville this past weekend. The location of this property was perfect for our family of 5\. We too several short trips into downtown area, easily found an Uber to Geodis Park to watch a match. Several great shops to visit close by including Sip Café and El Fuego’s. Would stay again.

We only stayed here one night but it was very nice! It was clean, in a nice area, easy to get in, and the sheets in the master bed were super comfortable! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a nice, chill place in East Nashville.

We enjoyed our stay at this nice and spacious condo. Everything was decorated well. Beds were comfortable. Building was quiet. Location is on a busy street, so we heard traffic sometimes. Overall, a good experience.

This place could not have been better. It was perfectly located for us. Plenty of room and clean as could be. It felt like home. We had a slow shower drain. We told Wil and it was fixed within a few hours. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place very close to opry land, which means it’s not a great area. Neighborhoods there are not great. The apartment was nice though.
