Welcome to Mercury View Lofts! This 1 bedroom is a spacious 760 sq ft situated on the 4th floor of our building in the heart of the Gulch neighborhood in downtown Nashville.

Your Property:
Located in the heart of the Gulch in downtown Nashville, Mercury View Lofts is exactly where you want to be to take advantage of all that the Music City has to offer! Situated directly across the street from Nashville's iconic Station Inn, the lofts are walking distance to a variety of restaurants and nightlife. Just six blocks to the Music City Center. Continue two blocks further to enjoy Broadway nightlife. The loft's convenient location will allow you to leave your car at home and explore the city on foot!

The 760 SF loft features 15 ft ceilings and large windows that overlook the vibrant Gulch neighborhood. The loft offers a king-size bed, as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room that provides a second sleeping spot if needed. We offer a Smart-TV with all streaming capabilities (NO cable), WIFI, and a washer and dryer in the unit! The kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking equipment for your culinary needs!

Please note, the unit has an industrial open piping structure, which has the potential for more noise when the AC/Heat kicks on. If you are sensitive to that type of noise, let our team know! We do provide a sound machines in the bedroom, but are happy to provide ear plugs if needed as well.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire unit during their stay as well as the shared patio hall space on the fourth floor. Prior to your arrival, you will be sent your access information, including a keypad code that you will use to enter the building, and a code to the lockbox next to the unit, which is where you will locate the keys to your unit!

The door will need to be locked when leaving WITH the key. The door does not lock automatically behind you.

Paid parking is available onsite. We can provide ONE parking pass for the residential open air gated lot for $40/day. Residential parking guarantees one parking spot with in-and-out privileges. The second option is to park in the public lot which typically starts at $40/day however WITHOUT in-and-out privileges and no guaranteed spot. *No in -and-out privilege's means if you leave the parking lot and return, you will need to restart your parking session and pay again. At either lot, UrbanNashville is not responsible for any towing, booting, or ticketing fees. Please inquire if you would like to purchase a residential parking pass prior to arrival. Public parking is paid onsite upon arrival via a parking app.

Our rental is managed by UrbanNashville Vacation Rentals. We're a small, local team that strives to make your trip to Nashville memorable. We let our guests have their space, but if needed, we are around to help and on-call 24/7. If there are any questions, concerns, or anything to share during your stay, we encourage our guests to reach out DURING the stay, not after. We want to ensure you have a great time in Music City. → Our nightly minimum varies depending on the time of year and day of the week. Refer to our calendar for the most up to date availability and feel free to message us with any questions.

→ Check-in is at 4 pm // Check out is at 10 am. If you're looking to check in early or check out late, we suggest booking the night before or after your arrival. Otherwise, to be considerate to other guests, we cannot guarantee that early check-in or late check-out request will be accommodated. Feel free to arrive anytime after 4 pm.

→ Entry: You will have keys to the unit. You will receive two codes before check-in via email - one for the building access and one to the lockbox at the unit door. Please note, if keys are lost or taken there is a $150 fine to replace each key.

→ Regarding the unit: Max occupancy is 4 people. There are a dishwasher and icemaker. Laundry is in the unit. There is a king bed and a queen sofa bed. Towels & linen are provided including linen for the sofa bed which is housed in the chaise of the sofa. Travel-sized toiletries, a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are provided. A drip coffee maker and basic kitchenware are also provided. Guests are responsible to provide any additional amenities desired such as additional toilet paper after the initial set up is used. Feel free to use our record player. Please be mindful of our quiet hours of 10pm to 8am.

→ Once booked, we will ask for your email address to send you info about the property and the check-in process. You will receive your code for entry one day before your arrival. You can also reference your Airbnb Itinerary for helpful info about the check-in process, house rules, what we provide, and our contact info.

Highly Recommend

The space was very clean, check in was very easy and well communicated with the staff. The staff followed up several times to be sure accommodations met our standards. The area was quiet, clean, filled with places to eat and drink. The turnip truck (all natural/organic grocery store) was across the street for your convenience. This property was exactly as stated in the description.

Perfect Location

We really love this property. It's big for 2 people and spacious. We really like the location and walking distance to the restaurants. The Gulch area is not overly busy or full of people. I noticed that it is catered to mature adults. The building is quiet and the condo is cozy. We really like having 2 bathrooms. The manager was quick to respond to our request. I highly recommend this property. I love the view from the 4th floor with the large windows.

Fantastic location in the Gulch, easy walking distance to multiple upscale restaurants & coffee shops, and less than a mile from the heart of Broadway & downtown. Floor to ceiling windows look out toward downtown.

Successful Girls Trip

The property was clean, cute, and it was very easy to communicate with the property manager. We really enjoyed the record player and records provided. We also appreciated that they provided pots, pans, and other basic cooking materials. We did believe there would be a balcony attatched to the unit, but it was shared by the whole floor. That's the only complaint from us, overall great property!

Fantastic location, super clean with new furnishings, and plenty of space. My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. We walked to restaurants and shows from our unit. The Gulch is a great area - lots to do but not overly crazy like SoBro.

Nashville getaway

This property is perfect for a couple's getaway. Located in a great neighborhood, you can safely walk to Broadway in 15 minutes. If you decide to stay close to the condo, there's shopping and great eats and drinks just a few minutes away. The condo is quiet, and we never heard street noise during the night. Definitely will stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

We loved everything about 403: The location, quiet neighbors/neighborhood, and the overall space. Our only recommendation is to put some type of rubber mat under the washer as it is loud and moves a lot during the wash cycle. Overall, we would highly recommend this property and if needed would stay there again!
