Check-in was easy and quick. I was allowed to check in several hours early for no additional fee. The staff was friendly. The airport is a short distance away. Improvements Needed: \*The hotel advertises a free airport shuttle, but when I called the hotel to request it, the call would not connect. This went on for about an hour. I ended up ubering. \*I requested the shuttle to the airport the morning I left. Locks broken on the doors zero security. I would stay away from this place at all costs. I would never stay there again. There’s weird smells all around the building from the lobby to your room. your microwave might also be hanging and plugged into an extension cord. Stove and oven doesn’t actually work. Our towels also had stains on them. The halls smelled terrible from people smoking either in the building or around it. As well as the room had a foul odor. We had to turn the AC on immediately to disperse it.
