This place was absolutely perfect for our girls trip - plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate all of us. Location was excellent and communication with the host was super fast and friendly. There were eight adults in the group. We had plenty of room. The decorating was beautiful. We liked that the kitchen was fully equiped and bathrooms are clean and stocked. My family came down to look at some property and spend a day in Nashville. This condo unit was AWESOME!! The condo is beautiful and accommodated 9 adults very comfortably! We loved the location as it was walking distance to restaurants and shopping. My boys rented electronic bikes (right down the street) and biked all over downtown. The location is perfect for those who want easy access to the peaceful 12 South and Vandy neighborhoods, yet you're only 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway and downtown. Property is ideal for groups who want to be able to spread out across three floors and still come together in a nice kitchen and living area. Property was exceptionally clean and the management company was proactive in their communication and extremely well organized.
