Come enjoy! We are here close by through your stay but give you your privacy. While you're in our sweet 12 South neighborhood, you have to try Urban Grub. They have all kinds of yummy food and the atmosphere is unique. It is one of the original neighborhood establishments. Edley's has great food, fresh off the smoker, if you are wanting to try Nashville barbecue. We provide coffee but go for a cup of morning Joe on your walk in the district. Visit Frothy Monkey , then get your picture made in front of the world famous “I believe In Nashville “ mural. You need to have brunch at Josephine's if possible. Cool vibe, wonderful food and cocktails. We have great boutique shopping up and down the street. Most are all locally owned and operated. You will receive a check in email 6 days prior to your arrival and the door code on arrival day . We are a boutique Guest House in the heart of 12 south. It is a lively area, very walkable, neighborhoods surround the area and an easy drive to downtown or other areas. This specific unit (out of the several in the building) is nicely laid out but located directly above the restaurant. I'll be back at this building again, but I'll try another unit in the building. The property management team was very responsive to an issue with the entry code to the suite (easily resolved) and asked for my feedback while staying in the suite.
