This upscale, 4BR/4BA home located in Nashville across the street from Belmont University is a short distance from Music Row, Hillsboro Village, 12 South and Vanderbilt University. The Gulch and all that Nashville has to offer is 5 minutes away. Built in 2019 this stylish, four level unit is newly furnished. This home has a large living area with a 65" TV, large comfortable sofa, love seat, chairs, and a glass coffee table. Eight can sit comfortably. The dining table seats up to 8 or dine at the granite waterfall kitchen island that seats up to 4 people. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and gourmet cookware. The first bedroom is located on the bottom floor and furnished with a King Bed, private bath and 55" TV. On the second floor, the second bedroom is located adjacent to the kitchen and living area and also furnished with a King Bed and 55" TV . Upstairs on the third floor there are two large, beautifully decorated bedrooms with King Beds, well appointed private baths, and walk in closets. Each upstairs room has a 55" TV and in the hallway there is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. An additional stackable washer and dryer is located in the garage. The home has a roof deck with a gas grill and a dining table that comfortably seats eight. You will find gorgeous, light wood floors throughout the unit and feel right at home with the cozy, modern decor. Stairs between all floors. No elevator. There is a Ring doorbell camera and an additional camera outside the front door. The unit has private off street garage parking, high speed internet & cable TV. Linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of soap, shampoo and paper products. Coffee, cream, Splenda and sugar are available for the Keurig coffee machine. as well as some basic necessities for cooking. Check in was very easy and the property owners are responsive and helpful. It was great having a garage and being able to walk to restaurants and downtown. The appliances, linens and furnishings are all very nice. So kind of the owners to leave fruit and wine to welcome us.The only problem is that the cleaners use heavily perfumed cleaning supplies. They sprayed air freshener onto the beds which was very hard for two of us with allergies and chemical sensitivity.I recommend that if you are prone to allergies or sensitivity to chemical fragrances that you let the owners know before your arrival. The next week we received a notice that he had filed a claim against the insurance policy that we purchased saying that we damaged his property. We did not damage his property. I didn't love all the stairs, but that's how Nashville is. If you have any physical disabilities, this place would not be ideal. The living space is on the second floor. For our group of 4 adult couples, it was absolutely perfect! Spacious rooms, private bathrooms and the rooftop patio was a perfect way to hang out. The home was perfect for 8 seniors, as we each had our own room and bathroom. There are lots of stairs but they were relatively easy to handle. Kitchen was well stocked, with enough coffee, tea and ice for us all! Roof top patio was wonderful and a great way for us to end every day with a night cap.
