LEVEL TWO The second level features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom to the primary bedroom, which features a king-sized bed and a private balcony. Both guest bedrooms contain queen-sized beds. LEVEL THREE The third level features a large lounge area with seating and a wet bar. The alcohol shown in the pictures is not included in the rental. The lounge includes a seating area plus two futons for sleeping if needed. Sliding doors lead you to our rooftop, which features a putting green, stunning city views, and ample seating. Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked owner's closet. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out. Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group. Located across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville is the stomping ground of Nashville’s creative class, attracted to the area’s culturally diverse and eclectic vibe and historic homes dating back to the early 1900s. In the early aughts, East Nashville helped put Nashville on the map as a culinary destination with beloved restaurants like Margot Cafe & Bar and Joyland, a reputation the neighborhood maintains today. Locals frequent the many dive bars, craft cocktail joints, coffee shops, and vintage stores sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. We don't recommend using public transit options and suggest guests bring their own vehicle or use ride-share services. Generally, you're "10 minutes from everywhere" in Nashville. We encourage guests to lock their vehicles and use appropriate safety measures, regardless of their location within the city. CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS You'll receive check-in details before your stay. Standard check-in time is 4 PM. We offer early check-in at 2 PM for an additional $50 and at 12 PM for $100, subject to availability for bag drop-offs. CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS Standard check-out time is 10 AM.
