The property is very convenient to downtown but also gives you that peace you need to come back to. Inside had everything we needed and more!! I forgot my fan and there was one there for me to use. The space was a great set up for us! Our grandson loved watching the boats and barges going down the river! Jen was great, and quickly replied to our questions. Plenty of towels, and also had all the necessities provided, too! (TP, soap, bodywash, shampoo, etc.) We walked daily to Bridgestone Arena, not a bad walk at all. Just straight down along the river, then up Broadway! It was so nice to be close to the downtown area and not have to worry about the traffic. The weather was a bit rainy the first day down and we had no worries while taking our luggage in with the covered parking area!
