Narragansett Pier Vacation Packages

Overall the hotel was ok. It was clean and a place to stay. Unfortunately the room when we arrived was pumping out heat. The staff was helpful and he managed to do something to correct it. There is no thermostat and I had no idea what temperature it was set to but it worked. The down button on the elevator did not work. We were on the 4th floor. The second thing was that a fire alarm went off at 8am on Sunday which meant we were woken up and had to evacuate our room. Then church bells rang shortly after. If you’re looking for a restful night, I’d choose some place else.

There were a few wrinkles in checking in but overall this was a great place. Staff was super professional and friendly and helpful! Very conveniently located.

We were put in a room that was on the 3rd floor but even with that our floor shook with vibrations and there was a loud mortor sound all day and night. We asked the front desk to check it out and they said they did and fixed it but nothing was done. For the money this should have been made right. The hotel basically took off the $45.00 parking fee. Lastly the roof top bar is run down ripped cushions nothing special.

I really like the location of this property. It’s right in the downtown area. Great staff! Clean room! The only problem that I had was the water valve in the shower didn’t work right. When you adjusted the water temp in shower it never stayed at that temperature. You either had really hot water or really cold water. That was extremely annoying.

The staff were all so kind to my kids and made sure we all had a great stay. We enjoyed the many common areas for gathering as a group. My kids absolutely loved finding the ducks the staff hid around the hotel for them!
