Moreover, communal BBQ facilities are on hand for those balmy summer evenings, while the convenience of a nearby grocery store ensures your pantry is always stocked. Appreciate the astounding oceanic panorama and breathtaking views from your doorstep, making for an enchanting morning delight or evening retreat.  
  
For the adventurous at heart, Narooma boasts exciting attractions like surfing hotspots and scenic mountain bike trails, all within reach. Parking won't be an issue, with both a garage and additional space available. But remember, as much as we love them - this property maintains a no-pets policy.
