Villa Riggia - Dependance Agrumeto accommodates up to 4 guests in 50 sqm. Built in the 18th century, the villa is just 100 meters from the Porto Selvaggio nature park. The Agrumeto annex overlooks a historic citrus garden surrounded by stone walls and features a double bedroom with en-suite shower, a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, and a French double sofa bed. Both rooms have independent access through large French doors opening onto a pergola with garden table and chairs. Air conditioning is provided. Guests can use the villa’s Wi-Fi area. The villa park offers a swimming pool, tennis, football, and volleyball courts, which, while not included in the rental contract, are available for guests’ use at their own risk.  
  
Located on the stunning Ionian coast, just 100 meters from Porto Selvaggio Nature Park—whose beach is a short walk away—La Riggia is a historic farmhouse dating back to the mid-1700s. Set in the “Cenate” area, known for its elegant villas and noble summer residences, Villa Riggia is surrounded by a 30,000 sqm park with olive groves, orchards, pine forest, swimming pool, tennis court, soccer field, and parking. The fully renovated estate offers 8 bedrooms for up to 16 guests, with extra beds available on sofa beds and additional beds. Accommodations include: ground floor with 3 bedrooms, Agrumeto annex with 1 bedroom, Tennis annex with 2 bedrooms, and Stalla annex with 2 bedrooms. The owner lives on the first floor.
