Trianon Bonita Bay
Rooms are dated. Pool was cloudy the day we arrived. The shower had mold and even the shower head. had to clean the shower head before I even took a shower. They did have house keeping come up and clean the shower. But It still had mold in areas that they missed...

Staff were kind, helpful and very efficient. Could have offered a better breakfast selection ie Greek or plain yogurt, healthier options.

Lani Kai Beachfront Resort
Didn’t need room cleaned just dirty towels removed and replaced with clean. Never happened in our 4 day stay. I asked for a clean fitted sheet and 2 clean towels on day 2 and it took 2 requests to get them. No one ever emptied trash or offered clean towels.
