Get ready to experience total relaxation with this quiet southern pool exposure 3-bedroom, 3 full bath home with heated pool and spa. The simple yet tastefully decorated home offers a master bedroom suite AND a guest suite, both with king beds!! All three bathrooms have private bathrooms with walk-in showers! Modern features abound in his recently updated property. New stainless-steel appliances, sound system, flat screen TVs, BluRay/DVD players, new Air Conditioning, Kayaks, Bikes, Polywood outdoor furniture, and 3 chaise lounges on lanai. New large dock is great for water side relaxation and the submersible platform allows you to easily launch kayaks for fun canal paddling and what we call "Dolphin Chasing"! NOW OFFERING alternative/flexible off-season change over days. See details under the "Why this Property" section. In September of 2017, Hurricane IRMA ripped through Marco Island causing widespread damage. Fast forward to today and the island has rarely if ever looked better. In 2022, hurricane Ian tore through Florida, but Marco was largely spared of significant damage. Each year, we reinvest capital to continuously improve our home for ourselves and for you. Upgrades over the past years include new a pool cage with two wide picture window screens, new carpet in the bedrooms, new cafe style seating on the lanai, completely refinished pool and lanai, and of course and awesome super-large dock, and much more. Our guests will truly have a relaxed and comfortable home to stay in during their Marco Island vacation! Just an added comment on the 3 bathroom feature of our property... when we first started traveling to Marco and renting houses several years ago, we always joked that "the kids didn't mind sharing a bathroom with Grandma & Grandpa!" We later learned that they actually did mind... big shocker! So when we decided to buy a place, we had to have a house with three bathrooms. We've really come to appreciate that during our extended family visits, and we are confident your family/friends will also appreciate the added privacy having 3 bathrooms enables. Please also note, we want to be an attractive option for a family of 4 as well, therefore our rates are based on the occupancy of 4 people. Groups larger than that will incur an additional per person per night charge that is detailed in the rate/fees section of our listing. INSTANT BOOKINGS Please note, our rental agreement is quite detailed and requires important disclosures. If you decide to use the instant booking feature, please provide the details about yourself that allow us to easily accept your booking. As our kids have aged into middle and high school, a vacation rental just make more sense than one of the expensive hotels or even condos right on the beach that can be double the price, and for a lot less space. This house was clean and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. The bikes and kayaks were an excellent option for us each day, and Tigertail and South Beaches are just a short 5 min. drive away (beach chairs included!) The outdoor patio/pool/deck area was outstanding and a big reason why we choose the house. Eric and Jean were great hosts - easy to communicate with every step of the way. ##### Jeff S. The house had all the comforts of home and then some. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, spa and lanai everyday. The dock with the automated lift for the kayaks made kayaking easy. We had so much fun kayaking through the miles of canals and enjoying the views from the water. In the house, everything we could ever need was there. The beds were very comfortable and having large, luxurious en-suites with each bedroom was very nice. The neighborhood was very quiet, and the house is located in a very convenient location, within minutes to all of Marco Islands best restaurants and beaches. Eric and Jean were very good hosts and were prompt in answering any questions we had during our stay… Thanks Eric and Jean! ##### Paul V. My wife and I stayed for a getaway week in April and the home is fabulous!! The location is perfect, the home is very well equipped and exactly as described, and the view from the lanai is amazing!! The garage contains everything you need for the beach and the bikes are quality units that we used each morning. The owners were very accommodating and fast with communication. There are several expectations for your stay here, but they were very clear and easy to follow. We loved the kayaks (the lowering dock) and the bikes. We have had a very stressful year, and this is just what we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better home. It had everything we needed, plus more. Very clean and great location. The kitchen is well appointed for all dining styles. The pool area and the dock add additional choices for outdoor seating no matter what the weather may do. The pool and spa were very clean and provide an enjoyable alternative to the beach. The kayaks and powered dock platform were an excellent way to be on the water and see the surrounding area. Eric and Jean could not have been more communicative and quickly addressed any question or concerns we had. For us this house was the best residence we've rented on Marco Island. ##### Jeff G.
