This newly renovated beach house with optional heated pool is only a short walk or bike ride to Vanderbilt beach. This 4BR/3BA home offers 2 master-size bedrooms, one that opens up to a sundeck & the other to the pool , Tiki Hut bar w/TV, BBQ, pool loungers, and much more to keep the fun going from the beach house to the ocean shore. Within minutes of Naples' best shopping, dining, entertainment, & unforgettable sunsets, providing you the ultimate beach house experience in beautiful Naples Fl. -Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach! -Minutes from Naples dining, shopping, supermarkets, and entertainment. The pool area is lavished with incredible amenities such as a Tiki Bar with television, BBQ Island, hammock, sundeck with lounge chairs, and some fun games. The pool is also equipped with a heater which can be provided upon request for a nominal fee. The rap around front porch with rocking chairs, is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon tea. The home has four bedrooms and three baths and sleeps up to twelve people. The bedrooms are all equipped with their own televisions. The first of the two Master size bedroom is downstairs with a California King bed, and a Queen size sleeper sectional. This room leads directly to the pool and backyard area. The second master size bedroom is upstairs with a California King bed as well. This room opens to a sundeck where you can take in the beautiful Naples weather and lounge out as well. The other two bedrooms are upstairs furnished with a queen size bed. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee bar and complimentary coffee. The kitchen opens to side a side patio with outside covered seating and there you can grab your choice of 6 bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach fun stuff. The living room also has a television and a pullout queen couch. Our 11-person, three-generation family spent a lot of time enjoying the kid-friendly heated pool (with a basketball net) and Tiki bar. The house was impeccably clean, comfortable and conveniently located just a three-minute drive from two of the best beaches in Naples and very near lots of shops and restaurants.As for our host, he couldn't have been more accommodating, quickly responding to any questions we had. The pictures could not have been more accurate on this place. We had everything we could ever need, it made leaving the house to go out and do stuff, hard!! Plenty of beds/space for sleeping and more than enough bathrooms. Pool was incredibly clean. The tiki bar area in the back was probably our favorite feature. Antonio was extremely easy to get ahold of and very helpful. 10/10 stay and we would love to come back!! ##### sara a. Kitchen well appointed, comfortable furniture, so many different seating areas outside and a great backyard that you never want to leave. All beds were comfortable and no fights over which bedroom to sleep in because they were all excellent. Thank you for the bikes, towels, cleaning items, and spices. All items lasted our entire stay. We did contact the owner with a few questions and he responded in minutes. We are four picky ladies about cleanliness. This place was immaculate. The house is even better in person than pictures. You won't be disappointed. Thank you for taking such good care of your property and sharing it with others. We will be back. ##### suzanne p. We had two families, eight people total and it was perfect. Christine and the Green Machine took us to the beach daily. Pool was fun. Pay to have it heated! We will be back. ##### Marie T. It had everything we need to enjoy or stay right there. Antonio was the best host that I have experienced out of all the house rentals I have used. He sets the bar high for his guests and it shows. The pictures are accurate, the backyard is awesome!!! The overall layout of the house is very good. My only negative is that the beds were hard and the kitchen could have been better stocked with items for a large group (more forks, knives, larger pots etc). Overall a great place !!! ##### Rita D.
