L’appartement est très grand et c’est l’un des mieux équipés que j’ai loué jusqu’à présent. Il est rare de voir deux laveuses et deux sécheuses et un grand étendoir dans un même appartement. Il ne manque absolument de rien. C’est vraiment comme à la maison. Il y a deux belles chambres et chacune dispose de sa climatisation indépendante et de sa salle de bain. Il est très bien situé face au métro et il y a des épiceries juste à côté. Ce qui est très pratique. Bien qu’il soit situé sur une rue passante, l’insonorisation est parfaite. J’avais la chambre côté rue. Ma chambre ouvrait sur le balcon privé et l’insonorisation était parfaite. Lorenzo est vraiment très gentil. Il nous a très bien conseillé et il a répondu à toutes nos questions. C’est un hôte hors pair. Il a même réservé un taxi pour notre départ. La seule raison pour laquelle je ne lui ai pas donné un 5 étoiles, c’est que nous lui avions donné RDV à 19h00 et qu’il n’était pas là. Nous avons essayé de lui téléphoner et il ne répondait pas. Il était en examen à l’université. Je dois dire qu’il avait essayé de nous envoyer une vidéo qui expliquait la façon de procéder pour accéder à l’appartement mais sa vidéo n’a pas passé car elle était trop lourde. C’est malheureux car il a fait les efforts nécessaires pour que notre séjour soit des plus agréable. Je recommande vraiment cette location et Lorenzo est vraiment un hôte très gentil et serviable. ##### Josée L. It was spacious, clean and exactly as described, with everything that is needed for everyday's life. It is situated near two metro stations (one of them has a direct train to Pompei), with restaurants, bakeries and bars nearby. We were a bit afraid of the noise, but the double windows keep the apartment silent. Lorenzo was a kind host, he gave us recommendations for visits and places for eating, he even booked a taxi for us to the airport. We definitely recommend this place! ##### Ryckbosch M. Il est très bien situé, tout proche de 2 stations de métro et train permettant d’aller dans des quartiers plus éloignés ou à Pompéi, par exemple, directement. On peut aussi visiter tout le centre historique à pied sans problème.Côté pratique, les commerces notamment alimentaires sont au pied de l’immeuble. Disponibilité permanente pour rendre notre séjour agréable (conseils, logistique, sorties). L'appartement est spacieux et très fonctionnel. Idéalement placé dans le centre de Naples (entre 2 stations de métro) et au milieu de toutes les activités possibles (musées, restaurants, commerces, magasins). Proximité d'un supermarché en bas de l'appartement. Gare train, port sont facilement accessibles par les transports en commun. L'aéroport est également proche (30 mn). La voiture n'est pas nécessaire. Vous êtes au coeur même de la vie napolitaine. Un excellent séjour . Merci ##### Frederic L. He is caring, detail orientated and over the top in accommodating your needs. He sent us a pre-Napoli guide which had everything you would want. He responded quickly to every communication and wanted to ensure we had what we needed. Of equal importance the apartment was fantastic. It had everything we needed and immediately felt like home. Location above the best grocery store Deco, (shout out to Grazia, Carlos, Emanuel, Ivan, Eugenia and everyone else) and conveniently located right in between the 2 subway lines for super easy transportation options. Even though the apartment is on a busy street the windows are triple insulated and so there was essentially no street noise. Having a washer and dryer was a real plus since we travelling for a longer period. Very clean and comfortable. It was so spacious and comfortable. It is minutes away from the train station. Lorenzo was an exceptional host. He communicated everything to us, including sending detailed videos on the apartment. It's an apartment in an old building but totally modern and spacious. We were two couples and having two King beds and two bathrooms was great. It overlooks a busy chaotic street, but the windows and thick doors blocked all street noise. Lorenzo thought of everything a vacationer might need: air conditioning, plenty of towels, complete kitchen, wifi and Netflix, detailed printed instructions on the area and transportation, washer and dryer, and he will book transfers and excursions for you which was so helpful. We loved the driver we had for the day on the Amalfi Coast that he arranged. Now about location. We were across the street from two Metros which we used constantly. We were next to the Historical district that you need your gps for as to not get lost in it's maze of cobblestone streets. There were also great restaurants on our street and in the historical district. Lombardy and Boni down the street to the right were good. There is a grocery store almost next door(Deco) and one a few blocks down. So convenient. If you want to stay in a luxury area by the sea, try Chiai area, but we loved this apartment in the busy area. We stayed for a week to get the total feel of Naples and can say we love the people and the food. I highly recommend this apartment and I doubt you would ever find a host better than Lorenzo. ##### Tara J.
