Located between The Turtle Club and the Laplaya Beach Resort this condo is perfectly located for you to enjoy before Season. Take advantage of the great rates and walk to the Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort and enjoy sunsets without a reservation! The $150 administrative fee is the application fee for the building. After booking please ask for the application.

Vanderbilt Beach condo

Very nice quiet condo unit within a total of 12 unit complex. All long time condo owners we happened to come in contact over our month stay with were very friendly - would definitely repeat another year

Beautiful ocean view

This condo has a spectacular view of the ocean and is a minute (or less) to the beach. The unit was very clean and well stocked with basics like toilet paper, dishwasher soap etc. to get us started in our one month stay. A very quiet building with only two units on each floor. Thanks for letting us stay!!
