Almost Beachfront for Less -Ocean & Sunset Views-Near JW Marriott

Enjoy gorgeous sunsets, and great shelling on the sandy white beach of Marco Island. This non-smoking one bedroom Condominium is on the fifth floor and is conveniently located across the street from the Marriott Hotel which has several fine restaurants, a coffee bar, and other amenities available. The new Marco Island Beach Path is in front of our building and provides FREE direct access to the entire beach area; the other two beach parking lots are $8.00 per day, so stay in our unit and save your money!

Gorgeous sunset and ocean views are to be seen from this large, (800 square foot) completely furnished unit. Other features include tiled floors and an open balcony. LCD TVs with cable and free wireless broadband internet access (wifi) are provided to keep you entertained during your time in the condo as well.

While on Marco Island you'll enjoy collecting shells and watching for dolphins during your wonderful strolls along the four mile beach. Quaint shops, wonderful restaurants, a movie theater, and grocery stores are all right on the island.

Championship golf is just minutes away. The boutiques and restaurants of Naples are just 20 minutes away. Boating, water sports, and fishing excursions are all available at the beach.

If you are flying to Marco Island, the Marco Island Airport (MKY) is just four miles away. Naples (APF) is 15 miles and Ft Myers (RSW) is 40 miles. Rental cars are available at all locations.

Easy to communicate with rental company. Nice quiet pool with restrooms, beach access 2 minute walk. Condo was spacious for 2 people. Pullout couch a bit uncomfortable for longer stay. On site BBQ unfortunately did not work. Love coming to Marco Island so all worth it! Will be back.

It was nice enough. It served its purpose.Check out was very poor. Have to pay a cleaning fee but I was instructed to clean everything except doing laundry prior to checkout. So what's the cleaning fee for? No one was there for the checkout during working hours and I was expected to take garbage to dumpster, but parking lot is closed and no access to dumpsters creates a problem. I understand this is a rare situation but some clarity and people available at checkout would have been not only appropriate but extremely helpful.

My favorite vacation place ever

I loved the condo. Perfect location, you can see the ocean from the patio. Extremely easy check-in and check-out. Very quiet and felt like we had the building to ourselves. We had a great time! Will be back!

We stayed on the property for five days and the minute we walked in we felt the peace in the condo. The condo is absolutely spotless and has everything one can possibly need while staying there. The air conditioning is right on point and the kitchen is so comfortable to use. The mattress and pillows are supper comfortable. The area has plenty of places to visit for eating and shopping. Had a great time and we can't wait to return!

It was located along Collier Blvd and just across the road is an access board to the beach. Instruction for checking were well communicated since it is Thanksgiving holiday and I checked in late. Property manager was present during my check out process and went smoothly.

We enjoyed our stay, very quiet and peaceful Nice pool and view. Marco Island was boring though not much to do. Not very many good restaurants. Condo is nice a little dated the only issue we had were sugar ants in the kitchen.

Amazing location

Perfect for a weekend get away. Having beach towels and chairs available in the unit was a plus. Personal parking space, short walk to the beach, and restaurants less then a mile away either directs couldn’t have ask for more. I would stay again and I have recommended this location to family and friends! Thanks for a great experience.

Nice unit in Marco Island

The unit was very clean and spacious (about 800 sq ft) We did not cook there but it seemed to have everything you would need. The unit was 1/4 mile walk to the beach which was a little further than I thought from the posting. The unit also faces the road which can be noisy at times. They did have beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler to use which was great and the unit did get nice breezes from the sliding glass doors on the deck. Parking spots were in the back of the building where the elevator was and they never seemed full. They also had lots of ice cube trays which most places never have and with no ice machine like at the hotels they really come in handy for the beach coolers. I would definitely stay there again, but not with anyone who is a light sleeper due to the road noise.

Crosswalk to beach path. Only steps to beach. This unit does NOT have a washer and dryer in the unit. we reluctantly used the community laundry that takes quarters.
