« Très belle chambre avec vue sur la mer. Accès au spa japonais très bien. Petit déjeuner extra. Se trouve juste de l’autre côté de la rue pour la gare, et à 50m de l’embarquement des ferries pour Naoshima. Mais le personnel parle très mal l’anglais et le fait dans un style japonais qui interdit de dire non à un client: attention comment vous posez vos questions! »

« Le staff a été très gentil mais certains manquaient de formation. Le bâtiment est mal entretenu exception faite de l'étage de la réception. Les tapis et les murs étaient souillés et tachés . La chambre avait une odeur désagréable. Le site du côté de la baie était plutôt jolie mais l'environnement du côté urbain n'était pas très convivial. Malgré la publicité de l'hôtel le bar était fermée, la piscine sans eau, la terrasse fermée, le balcon de la chambre inaccessible, aucune facilité pour la...

"La chambre était propre et bien équipée avec une vue splendide sur la mer. Par contre le lit est minuscule et pourtant je mesure juste 1m80\. Le petit déjeuner est correct mais pour le prix on s’attendait à des prestations supérieures. L’impression globale est quand même assez bonne."
