BRIGHT and STYLISH 2BD,1BT with deck and BBQ

Newly renovated 2BD, 1BT in convenient mid island area that is great for a family or small group of friends. Great living area with couch, TV. Dining table and chairs, laundry W/D, fully equipped kitchen, A/C. Could sleep up to 5 people. Deck with outdoor shower and BBQ. Parking for 2 cars. The bus stop is right on the corner. There is a big playground two blocks down the road.
There are two good size bedrooms. One has a queen bed and the other two twin beds. They share a bathroom with shower. It's a first floor of the main house with separate entrance. The second floor and the Studio at the back yard have been rented too.
The second floor is 2 BD, 2 BT that could sleep up to 4 people. Request availability if you are interested in renting both. We could offer a special offer if rented together. Walking distance to coffee shops, bike rental shop, play ground. Easy access to town and beaches. Our guests can get around the island by bus(The NRTA stop is right on the corner), by bike, using Uber or taxi service is pretty good too. Within 1.5 miles from downtown and 2.3 miles from Surfside and Miacomet beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, towels and linens provided.

It was hard to say goodbye

Nantucket is a slice of paradise! The property was ideal, beautifully decorated and a very CLEAN unit. It was perfect for two adults and two teenagers. We had plenty of room and the unit had everything we needed for our stay. We would rent this unit again!

I stayed here with 3 other friends for a wedding weekend. The house was perfect, very clean and well organized. Our hose, Elena was wonderful and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this place and hope to stay again in the future!

Wonderful Stay!

Elena's home was perfect! Decorated beautifully and extremely clean, we loved the outdoor shower and back patio also! We enjoyed the quick bike ride/run to Surfside beach and into town and especially loved the coffee shop and bike rental shop walking distance from the house! We will definitely be returning :)

Wonderful stay

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this house with friends and it’s always the perfect spot. Elena always goes above and beyond to help accommodate her guests - both times she has allowed an early check-in. The house is so clean/cute and convenient - easy walk or bike into town and the beach. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful Space!

My girlfriends and I spent a long weekend at Elena's property and had a fantastic time. The apartment was spotless and appeared to be brand new. It was stylish but comfortable, and was just a quick taxi ride to get downtown. Elena made everything easy for us, was exceptionally responsive, and wanted to make sure we were having a great time. The apartment was just perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better host. Thanks again!!

Great, clean place and good location too!

This apartment was great for our stay! We could walk to town (about a mile and a half), the neighborhood was quiet, and the place was perfect! Elena was so sweet as well. She accommodated our early check in and was there to greet us with flowers. Definitely recommend!
