We loved our 1 night stay. Our room was ready at 1pm so we could get settled early. The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was super helpful. We took 2 bikes for 2 days for free ( typically $40 / day / bike. The staff stored our luggage after we checked out so we could tour the town before our 4:30 ferry

We had a wonderful stay at Broad 21 Hotel! The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially since we booked on such short notice. They made the entire experience easy and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to see and do, making it easy to explore the area. The hospitality and convenience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting!

We had a magnificent stay at 21 Broad! We loved the large patio with a fire pit and the indoor seating areas. The Inn was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The temperature was perfect throughout the inn. Staff members were all friendly and helpful. Everything was just wonderful and we didn’t want to leave. This is my new favorite place to stay on the island!

5 minute walk from the ferry dock. Very pleasant welcome to this exceptional property by the desk staff. Lovely bright room with modern facilities. Elevator was a big plus for us seniors. Outside patio a great spot to relax or chat with fellow travelers. Excellent continental breakfast and happy hour bites. Heartily recommend.
