Within the complex there is a communal in-ground swimming pool, a lift for easy access or stairs, to this top 2nd floor apartment, with secure undercover parking on the ground floor.

It is a luxury one bedroom apartment that is light, airy and spacious with open plan living.
There are wonderful views through the tree canopy making this apartment very private, to the river and ocean beyond.

There is also another undercover balcony with morning sun and shade throughout the day for relaxing, having a BBQ or catching the north easterly breezes.

The apartment has large screened doors and windows to let in the natural light and sea breezes, with air-conditioning in the lounge and bedroom. You are not overlooked by any other high rise buildings.

The kitchen has all modern day appliances and is fully equipped for those who like self catering, complete with oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine etc
OR you can eat out at the surrounding cafes, restaurants, picnic areas, RSL or Tavern, with spectacular water views and all within walking distance.

The open plan living area has a long modern lounge, comfy single arm chair, single sofa bed and dining table with 4 chairs. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD and CD player with a few books, CD,s, and video's.

The bedroom has a queen size bed with thick comfy mattress, along with ensuite bathroom with shower.
A porta cot is available.
There is a SINGLE sofa lounge bed in open plan living area. Just ask for extra linen if this will be used or see extra person rate whereby a proper mattress will be provided for comfort.
Quality linen, bath towels and spa towels are all provided. Just bring your own beach towel.
There is also a laundry room for your use with sink, washing machine and dryer.
Note: there is a mandatory cleaning fee per stay to ensure the apartment is always kept in tip top condition.

What you can do in Nambucca.
DISCOVER the many beautiful ocean or river beaches some patrolled or a little more remote.
VISIT the great lookout points to take in the vast natural surrounds.
GET OUT ON THE RIVER good for boating, fishing, swimming and water sports.
WALK along:- the famous V wall to look at all the 'arty' graffiti that decorates the rock sea wall, explore unspoilt beaches or wander along the boardwalks that line the river bank.
PLAY a game of GOLF on the very relaxed Island Golf course close by.
RELAX or PICNIC in the many parkland reserves with BBQ facilities.

There are two main shopping areas one with a cinema.
A big Woolworths within walking distance.
The Tourist information centre is just along the river as you come in from the South.

The main coastal highway runs close by but far enough away for a relaxed and quiet stay.
There is a train station or buses that stop in Nambucca from Sydney or Brisbane.
The closest airports are at Port Macquarie or Coffs Harbour about 3/4 of an hour away.
