The hotel was beautiful, immaculate. It was clean, had all the amenities you could want and the staff was very kind and helpful. The breakdown buffet included with the room was top notch. Even though I'm vegan, there was more than enough to choose from.

Nice sized room with a separate kitchen, laundry room, and a balcony. Very spacious, and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a DMZ tour and a private Mausoleum tour through them, everything was well planned and good value.

The staff was fine the room was clean but i only got one cleaning day for a 12 day stay the bathroom was not great the shower was not separated in any way so the floor stayed wet the hot water didnot last long.
