"the room was clean and enough space for 2. they brought our luggage up the 3rd floor walkup. the slight inconvenience was the ladies rooms were on the 2nd floor. the food was decent and the staff was very nice. coffee and tea were complimentary and was nice to have in the morning and evenings."

"Authentic Japanese style Hotel with Onsen. Staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms very roomy (compared to city hotels in Tokyo, Osaka etc). Hotel is definitely on the older side. The best part was the view over the River! Gorgeous!"
