Outside noise from staff at 4:30 in morning, I complained and still noisy. Then they turned a loud radio on. The morning staff came in at 6am and talked loudly outsider window.

This is a good hotel...not fancy but comfortable.

This is a good hotel. Not fancy but comfortable. Wifi was very weak in my room. I most often had to go to the lobby area in order to send/receive email. Restaurant was also a lounge and loud music played constantly during dinner. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The staff was very, very friendly and helpful.

Hospitality with a smile

Very secure and friendly enviroment provided by staff and management. Had a evening flight advised the sales and marketing manager who accomodated me with a later checkout and a complimentary lunch.

Nice clean hotel - great for a few nights.

The hotel is nice and clear and the WIFI works great in most rooms and in the reception area, bar and restaurant area. the area around the hotel is not that exciting, but only a short drive away from a lot on attractions in Nairobi.

Ok for one night. Mediocre.

Rooms were small and sterile; the bathroom needed repair. Staff members were polite. Breakfast was generous, wifi worked during the day, but not at night. Security was very good. Fine for one night only. For longer stays, make another choice.
