Cold in the room, no option to warm it up. Terrace is not well maintained, grass trim required. Food not that much tasty, even pizza. Lack of selection of breakfast option, and unknown list of whats included in the bfast so ended up paying an extra for coffees, waffles.

I couldn't get a towel after swimming. My family had to use a used towel. I went to the reception, but they didn't bring it to me, and there was no answer from the evening and I didn't see anyone. Everything was perfect except for the service above. The lake was so beautiful.
