This direct oceanfront, two-bedroom, two-bath condo is centrally located in Nags Head. Its ideal location is close to many great local attractions including the beautifully renovated Jennette's Pier (a half mile away), the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet, as well as fine and casual dining, grocery stores and much more. Enjoy the magnificent, unobstructed ocean views from your spacious, 24' x 6' balcony. The unit also offers a well-equipped kitchen, in-suite washer and dryer, two 41\`+ flat-screen TVs, one 37\` flat-screen tv, cable, and WiFi. On the property, you will have access to two outdoor pools (closed in off-season), outdoor grills, a children’s play area, and direct beach access. Sleeping arrangements include: one king-size bed, one twin bed, and one queen-size bed. Linens are provided by an independent service (Bath towels, washcloths and bed linens). Beds will be made when you arrive! The elevator in our building is currently out of service. Our HOA is actively pursuing a full modernization of the elevator system; however, due to the scope of the project and the specialized parts required, we do not anticipate the elevator will be available for guest use until Spring 2026\. We understand this may cause inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding as we work toward long-term improvements to the property. To help ease the impact, a luggage lift is available to assist with transporting your bags. All guests must be able to navigate multiple flights of stairs. If you choose to proceed with the booking, please understand that no refunds will be given based on the availability of the elevator, it is an amenity of the HOA and is completely out of the owner's personal control. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help make your visit as comfortable as possible. This unit is located on a third-floor level (the first level is pull-under parking). Sorry - no pets or smoking in unit. We have a 30-day cancellation policy - refunds will only be issued if cancellation is submitted in writing to the property manager outside of 30 days from check-in date. This was a perfect place to stay. Centrally located right on the beach. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. Only negative was the limited supplies-one trash bag, one roll of toilet tissue for each bathroom, no soap or shampoo in showers. Just be prepared. Communication with the host was good. Very responsive with clear check-in and checkout instructions. ##### Kim C. Spectacular views from the balcony - saw dolphins off in the distance two mornings - and the beach access is right next door. Cold and windy the last week of February, warm and beautiful the first week of March. The condo was always comfortable. Loved the walk-in shower. Dishes and cookware is kind of random, but plenty there to handle any meals we planned; you would have to wash between meals for four people.The table had plenty of room for a puzzle on one end and two people eating on the other. The luggage lift made moving in and out easy, the two flights of stairs were no problem for coming and going. The location made it easy to head off in any direction to explore the rest of the Outer Banks. This one was the best so far! Clean and comfortable! The view is amazing! We used the kitchen and it had everything we needed. The bed is comfortable and the sectional couch was nice too. The dining room table was adequate for the two of us and good counter space. Coffee pot and toaster were good as well. If we had to pick a negative- the elevator was out of order. We were notified beforehand it was not working. The weather was bad the first couple of days so we used the stairs. I know the weather and elevator are out of some folks control but just an FYI it might be an issue for some with difficulty walking or mobility issues.The balcony had a table and plenty of tall chairs to enjoy the view! Included a couple of photos of the view, the kitchen, couch, and some locally made (and delicious!) Duck Donuts. The place is so nice (and super clean), awesome ocean views with nice pools as well. The location is also great (easy to get around the OBX), with many good restaurants close by. The furnishings were tasteful, and the entire home was very clean. The balcony was wonderful, you could not see or hear any neighbors, making it feel like you were not in a condo complex. The location can't be beat. This is my fourth stay in this building. I love this location - close to everything you may need: restaurants, stores, attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you would need. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable.Very appreciated is the balcony access from both the living room and master bedroom. Great views, close to all the attractions/shopping. Nicely stocked kitchen.. even a roasting pan (that we needed!) It’s centrally located so we were able to tour the entire Outer Banks. The beach is right outside the back door.
