Beach Access: Just a quick drive to the beach! Turn out of the driveway onto W Seachase Drive. Cross the bypass (Hwy. 158) onto Epstein St. Head south to the Town Hall beach access. The access offers a paved parking lot, a wooden walkway to the beach and lifeguard (in-season). No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. Community pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Dates and times may vary dependent on weather and pool management companies. Note: Parking passes for the Village Beach Club must be purchased in person by rental guests at the time of use: Daily rate: $10 to $25 per vehicle. Please inquire at the Beach Club for more details. Milepost: 14.50 All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. It was on the sound so we could catch a beautiful sunset. It was only an hour's drive up to Corolla or an hour's drive down to Hatteras. LOTS of restaurants and grocery stores in Nags Head and Kill Devil Hills! The house was really nice. Great porches and screened-in patio downstairs. We used the garage too. Master bed was very comfortable, the grill was not exceptionlly cleaned but there was an extra propane tank so that was really nice. Would be better if the owners had black-out curtains in the master as it gets very bright and if you like to sleep in, this is not the best room for that. The fact that you are right on the tee, well you can imagine the noise from the golf maintenance crews who come in early before the first tee times. These are my only watch-outs for the property - early morning light and early morning noise. If you are an early riser, you will LOVE this location. If you are into biking, you can bike to the Fresh Market, to the beach and if you're adventurous to Jockey's Ridge, we did and we took the beach route not the highway route. I do recommend you bring extra bath towels from home. If someone asked me if I would recommend this place, I would say yes. Coastal Carolina was great to work with, and they sent me good information on where to rent things, places to visit and restaurants to try.
