All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Space was just enough for two couples, or a small family. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed sitting and watching the water when the weather wasn't good for outdoor activities. Beds are comfortable as are the sofa and seats in the living room. We like to cook, and the kitchen layout was good for us. The only thing we missed was a can opener! We really enjoyed being right on the water watching the sunsets every night. Getting to the beach was easy, as was parking. It would have been helpful to know ahead of time about the swimming boards and tubs that were available for our use. We had talked about buying them before our trip. We also enjoyed using the crab trap. We caught crabs from the deck and cooked them for dinner. The kids loved that.We didn't know about the hot tub which was enjoyed by all. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 (2 adults, 17 and 10 year olds). The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The house is clean and beds were comfortable. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the barrier islands. It’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping, but in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The pier was phenomenal! We watched amazing sunsets nightly on the sound, caught several catfish off the private pier and enjoyed the relaxing hot tub! We plan to stay again! ##### Nicole D. We loved the views. Since the weather did not cooperate for fishing following Hurricane Ian — we turned this into a sightseeing trip. We visited the lighthouses at Corolla, Bode Island and Cape Hatteras. We are great seafood. We took Wild Horse Tour in Corolla. We visited Manteo and the Roanoke Marsh lighthouse.
