The mid-level features five comfortable bedrooms to unwind. The top level offers an elegant living area, well-stocked kitchen, and dining for ten. There is also a bonus room w/ a Queen day bed and two King suites with gorgeous views that lead to a sun deck. The Space: Discover the epitome of luxury at our semi oceanfront home. The home is impressive from the moment you step inside, with the ground level boasting covered parking and an exterior lounge area with a wet bar, refrigerator, and TV. Unwind in the hot tub or enjoy movie nights in the comfortable theater room with a large TV and foosball table. Step outside to the large fenced in back yard area, with a private swimming pool and lounge furniture. On the mid-level, find five bedrooms, including private kings suites, TVs, and full baths. A spacious rec room with a pool table and sitting area opens to covered porches overlooking the pool patio. East-facing porches and a laundry area complete this level. The top level exudes elegance with an expansive living area featuring an electric fireplace, a well-stocked kitchen, and a dining area for ten. Two private suites with kings, TVs, and full baths provide a luxurious retreat. Enjoy beautiful sunset views across the the Roanoke Sound on the wrap-around sun deck. However, when we arrived at the property, we were unable to get in which resulted in a quick response from the rental agency. Once inside, we were unable to get the house heated. The house remained in the 50s the first night we were there. Again, the rental company was extremely helpful, however, a box of duck donuts in exchange for a cold home for the majority of our stay is not what we planned for.Staying in a different area than expected was an adjustment to our plans and the lack of heat for the first part of our stay was definitely disappointing. Again, the rental company was great to work with and fast to respond, but honestly, our expectations for the property were not met. ##### Julie B. Had lots of space and even cooked a delicious traditional Thanksgiving meal. The perfect kitchen. And enough seating for everyone comfortably! We had everything we needed. Short easy walk to the beach access even with kids in tow, or you could drive if you were hauling a lot of beach things. So blessed and thankful to of found a place for us all to gather. The hot tub was awesome also even when it was cold out. We also went fishing at Janette’s pier which is right down the road. And the outlets as well as grocery store isn’t far either. I recommend trying Bros at the Outlet mall. It so good and they have it ready for you quick! The NC Aquarium was a favorite also it’s not a long drive either!
