Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. The property management team was excellent to communicate with - quick to respond and very helpful when we had questions. They sent out folks immediately to help us with a few small things after we arrived. The boardwalk and pergola from the house out to the beach was the primary reason we chose this house and it didn’t disappoint. It worked really well for our parents who struggled to walk over the dunes in the sand. We didn’t even end up setting chairs up on the beach because it was so easy to get from the pergola to the water and back. The views from the house were fantastic. Restaurants, shopping and activities were plentiful nearby yet the neighborhood was calm and quiet. Overall worked great for our needs. Thank you. ##### Joyce P.
