Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day. Milepost 17.40 All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement. Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. There are old dirty sofas just put in hallways and the master instead of the dump. The master closet was full of broken stuff. The housr was dirty and needs painting.The living room chairs were so broken down they were unusable. I had to clean toilets and pool area mysrlf. The grill and outdoor shower area are were covered in green mildee. Trash was left in carport grom previous renters a it smelled terribe. The house cutter is also disconnected and under the car port. Plenty of space to spread out as well as gather together. The pool table was a hit. The proximity of the pool and hot tub was also good for small groups to spend time. Beach access is easy with no stairs at either of the 2 very close access points. We've vacationed in the Nags Head area for the past 30 years. As my 5 children have grown to adulthood and started families, our house requirements have changed. This was the first year that I didn't rent from the same local real estate company due to availability. I'm glad I found this house on VRBO, and will check again next year. ##### Juana F.
