I chose poorly last year and the view was a sliver and beach access was an impossible 3 flights up and 3 flights down. This was absolutely perfect. An elevator and a flat walkway with plenty of seating made this week a relaxing delight. After a quick trip to the very convenient grocery store, I only left the house twice more: to go to the seafood store only a mile away and to walk 3 minutes to eat at the Blue Moon Cafe!
