There were no keys for our hotel room. Instead, the staff locked us in our rooms at night. We were expected to call down and request to have them opened. They clearly did not expect us to stay more than one night or perhaps a couple of hours And I was more than a little uncomfortable with the idea that they could come in whenever they liked, and I had no control. They also walked in the door without doing more than a cursory knock.

アメニティーが充実している。 お風呂が広く、テレビ＆ジェットバスで疲れが取れた。車でジブリパークに行くなら、安くて近いのでおすすめ。スタッフは、基本構わず、良い距離感を保ってくださる。話しかけると、とてもフレンドリーに接してくださり、質問にも丁寧に答えてくださった。朝ごはんは、和か洋が選べ、美味しかった。

３０１号室はトイレ、バスルームの入口にテーブルやハンガー掛けがあり、通行に支障がある。また、スロットマシーンが邪魔である。もともと、狭い部屋なので設備の設置レイアウトをもう一度考えてほしい。

駐車場からフロントへの階段が急で手摺もなく安全性に疑問がある。手荷物が多かったので、この階段は辛い。 部屋（３０４室）の空調ファンからかん高い異音がして、夜間は運転できなかった。修理してほしい。
