Self check in was a breeze, the front desk was never occupied which may turn some people off, but we loved the simplicity of check in and check out. Property and all interior felt very clean and new as well. Was incredibly comfortable. Thoughtful amenities including washer/dryer, daily clean towels, mini fridge with a legit freezer, etc. Through instructions were provided (and in English) such as WiFi, air conditioner, washer/dryer, daily trash collection, etc.; every question we had was answered. Would absolutely recommend and return if visiting Japan again.
