We were able to walk to every location we wanted to in the downtown area. Steps away from being able to use the kayaks was a great way to start the morning. The house was in great shape and we had plenty of privacy on the back patio. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout the week when we had questions. We could easily walk to town right along the river. Also to the Seaport which was right near the house. The house was spotless, stocked with essentials, and the beds were comfortable.
