"Check in was a bit chaotic, the instructions were not clear on where to park or how to open the parking garage door. The room was unclean , bathroom , dirt dishes, bed linens, I had to have a staff member come and clean the room before we could use it."

"Great hotel but was always short on pool towels so it was inconvenient. The first room they placed us in was disgusting and the rug was soaked from the broken ac unit. It smelt like mold! They bumped us up to the top floor which was great. Other than that I was an overall good experience."
